Physical Education Teachers, Coaches and anyone working with our youth…..READ this excellent article!  My colleague wrote it!  Gone are the humiliating activities, human target games and only the skilled get to play.  Today’s Physical Education is about building skills, confidence through activity and learning about health and fitness.  We are “teaching children to become physically active for a lifetime.”
